The Moonlight Run will follow all guidelines required by the Alberta Government and will adapt if needed as the date of the event (March 19, 2022) approaches. By registering you are agreeing to follow Moonlight Run policies and any guidelines that the Alberta Government has in place at that time.
In the event of the in-person event being cancelled due to COVID-19, all participants will be informed as quickly as possible and automatically switched to a virtual event. The Moonlight Run will not reschedule, and refunds will not be provided.
A written or printed copy of the negative COVID-19 test result is required on an approved rapid antigen, rapid PCR, or lab-based PCR test. The test needs to be approved by either Health Canada or the lab accreditation body of jurisdiction. Test results should be a written or printed copy that clearly outlines the type of test, time of sample collection, clear indication of a negative result, and the laboratory that completed the test (if applicable). Photos of a rapid test or result taken offsite will not be sufficient. A self-test completed offsite or self-produced documentation of a negative test result will not be sufficient. Please do not bring completed self-tests or rapid tests as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.
