2026 Honouring Traditions PowWow Run ONLINE Entry

Please fill in the requested information below, press the"PREVIEW ENTRY"button, verify information on the next screen then press the "ADD TO CART" button. From your Entry Cart you have the option of either checkout OR Adding another entry to your Cart.
Once the cart is complete click the "Checkout" button. You will then be at the Payment Options screen
To pay with Credit Card chose CREDIT_CARD radio button and put in your billing info and CC info.
To pay with Paypal chose PAYPAL radio button where you press the Continue Button and will be redirected to PayPal for processing.
Once successfully paid you will be redirected to the Honouring Traditions Confirmation page.
NOTE: If Payment is Successful you will receive entry confirmation from us (if you do not

I agree and affirm that I am participating in The Hounouring Traditions PowWow run/race located at Henderson Lake Park in the City of Lethbridge (the "Race"). I represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows: I acknowledge that participating in the above-noted Race involves certain risks and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during, or result from, my participation in the Race regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of the Honouring Traditions Committee, and/or their employees, officers, directors, agents, assigns and successors (the "Released Parties"). I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known or unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Race regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to solicitors' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims, suits , actions that may be brought against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs , damages or expenses which arise directly or indirectly from my participation in the Race, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of the Release Parties. I have carefully read and reviewed this Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully and I execute it voluntarily. I have been advised that I may seek legal advice from my own legal counsel prior to signing this Agreement.
